Jen Mimish

Jen Mimish (she/her), DNP, RRT-NPS, CNM, WHNP, CHSE is a dedicated Women's Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of diverse experience. Her commitment to improving access to sexual healthcare led her to establish Eros Health, a practice aimed at addressing unmet midlife health needs related to perimenopause, menopause, and sexual health. Dr. Mimish focuses on women's health and midlife care, including perimenopause and menopause, with dedication to empowering individuals through knowledge and quality healthcare. At Eros Health, she provides a safe, judgment-free space online for managing midlife and sexual health concerns, with telehealth services available for Idaho residents. In addition to her role at Eros Health, Dr. Mimish serves as an Associate Professor of Nursing and Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) at the College of Western Idaho. She is an active member of the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health (ISSWSH), The Menopause Society, and serves on the Board of the Idaho Association of Sexual Health Professionals (ISHP). Outside her professional life, Dr. Mimish is a wife and mother of four girls and a bereaved baby boy. She enjoys traveling, attending concerts, skiing or snowboarding, and spending time in the mountains. Raised in Boise, Idaho, she comes from a blended military family. Her educational journey includes Bachelor’s degrees in Respiratory Care and Nursing from Boise State University, a Master’s in Nursing from Georgetown University, and a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Frontier Nursing University.
