Board Member Roles:

President –  set meeting dates, agendas, Chair conference and events, following up on tasks

Vice President – back up support to president, responding to “info at” email and send to applicable board member or answer

Secretary – overseeing newsletter, sending newsletter, taking minutes, sending meeting, moderate FB group

Treasurer –  manage bank account, manage stripe account, legal documents, up to date, budget for events, annual financial report

Advocacy Liaison –  keeping up to date with Idaho legislation regarding sexual health, School Board decisions around sexual health and gender and orientation, encourage Letters of Response to editor, Press Releases

Education and Fundraising Chairperson – updating website calendar with other professional organizations CEU opportunities, includes sponsorship for events

All board members:
Contribute annually to newsletter
Help with annual conference
3 year term
